Marcos Noel
Hi... I am Marcos Noel Since childhood, drawing is present in my life by Ziraldo´s characters, by Mauricio de Souza Comic Strips and characters, or by the unmistakable traces of the amazing and unic J.Carlos. I was born in Niteroi, a small city (not so small today) near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1973. I am married with an angel called Gisele and have no sons (yet). Graduated in Telecom Engineering in 1997. Although I work as an engineer since then, I also draw for passion. Thought I was invited to draw for a book in 1989 , my passion for drawing was not so explored until 2003. In 2003 this passion, that was sleeping, came back to life. Since then I have been drawing for Humor Festivals in Brazil and around the world. My works were selected in many of them. In 2009 I recieved my first Honorable Mention on the II FESTIMEC Humor Contest (II National Honorable Mention Humor Festival - Brazil).
